What are the main benefits of using Forshelli Products?

Our products are thoughtfully formulated to help challenging skin. We realize that damaged or sensitized skin works best with gentle actives that have multiple skin benefits. Our microbiome friendly products contain probiotic lysate, gentle botanicals, omega fatty acids and important vitamins and minerals that contribute to skin health. Our products are multi-purpose so you can reduce the number of products that you apply on your skin.

Will Hindre Face Serum work for my skin type?

Hindre is a water based product that provides long-lasting hydration to all skin types. It works on keeping the skin smooth and healthy without the use of filler ingredients, heavy butters and waxes. Once absorbed, Lindre gives your skin a smooth, matte finish despite being silicone-free. Your skin will feel comfortable and soothed and not tight, itchy or dry.

Will Stell Face Oil work on my skin type?

Stell Face Oil is a blend of oils that aims at providing skin nutrition and balancing of the natural skin oils. It work on dry, oily, combination and mature skin types. That being said, there are some individuals who have challenging skin conditions that do not tolerate ANY oil on parts of the face. Our founder herself applies Stell to her forehead, cheeks and nose but not around her mouth due to a specific skin condition.

Are your products Cruelty-free?

Yes, they are! We manufacture our products in-house and our products are never tested on animals.

Are your products Silicone-free?

Yes, they are! There are no silicones or silicone derivatives in our products.

Are your products free of harsh and sensitizing ingredients?

They absolutely are! Our formulations have gone above and beyond what is considered safe and effective for sensitive skins. To see the benefits of each ingredient, please refer to the description of each ingredient in our products on this third-party site.

Are your products vegan?

We only use plant-based ingredients that do not use any animal derived ingredients. That said, there is an ingredient in Hindre that is not certified vegan. All the ingredients in Stell are vegan.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made in small batches in Katy, Texas. We manufacture in small batches so that you get the freshest and most effective skincare with every order.

Will I have an allergic reaction to your products?

Short answer is that there is simply no way to know for sure. We have worked hard to create products that work for most people. However, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergy-free. Please go through the ingredients list on our product pages for a detailed list of all the ingredients before ordering.

Shipping and Returns Questions

When will I receive my products?

We usually ship your products within two to four business days after the order was placed excluding holidays and weekends. You will receive an email when your shipping label is created with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to see the status of your delivery.

We use the United States Postal Service for shipping and have no control over the delivery time once they receive the package from us. Most of our packages arrive within one week in the US. For overseas customers, please allow for 3 to 6 weeks for delivery due to current delays with the postal system.

Is it possible to return the products?

We really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you want to return the item to us, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@forshelli.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
